I actually got cops called on me while geocaching in a park once. In broad daylight. It went okay, but it was still annoying (and I was on my lunch break). I had to explain geocaching to him. Luckily I also had a membership card from the local geocaching club with an explanation on the back. I even offered to show the cop the cache itself. Now, he still asked for ID and did a lookup on me, and having no history didn't hurt either here.

They need to go through and re write these laws so they are no longer at the discretion of the officer. They seem to be used as excuses for police to over reach more than they are for their intended purposes, this is unacceptable in any society.

We are all human and confrontation from authority when coupled with a high handed start to find out what Lloyd was even up, usually goes south. Badge number cop should be evaluated for mental condition in respect to ego, general feeling of superiority and having power because he has a badge. Every indication from his companion was Badge cop is an instigator and likes to tee people off to get them emotionally away from reason. That way he can manipulate the words people say like in the word play with Lloyd. Lloyd had him beat by understanding the law and his rights. Good video.
