I've been sharing your videos since the new year with my dad and have got him into working out and losing weight. He started off good but has hit a plateau and isn't losing as much weight now and is getting discouraged. I think some of your tips are really gonna help him, he's always busy and doesn't get enough sleep so I'm gonna try and get him to do that, and I'm gonna look into some good supplements for him. That pyramid hierarchy is a great visual guide. The mental part is the hardest but has 3 elements for success. 1. Read your goals often, daily if necessary, to stay focussed. 2. Maintain strong resolve to stay the course, knowing it has brought success for others. 3. When the resolve weakens a little, and it will from time to time, think about the gains you've made and the hard work you've put in so far and remind yourself you're not going to waste it.
