Timely podcast. Just committed to one month of carnivore (who can give up garlic and onions forever!!) for 2 reasons: 1. reduce my blood sugar (always in the high 90s to low 100s; normal range but, with a history of colon cancer, I was aiming for lower; and 2. Started overeating - protein mostly, but also sweeteners (RFLs we’re becoming way too important!).

They say carbs make you hungry but I had a smoothie low carb full of fat and I am much more hungry. Ugh.
