"let`s start with something weird" - "squeeze all muscles" . it`s a nice practice, i did it by myself and feel inspired that you motivated to do this also. its could see weird from aside, nut when you trying to "feel" body - that becomes clearly

Love this routine - it doesn't exclude- no crazy to achieve maneuvers, slowly limbers you up and most people will likely be able to follow it effective 😊

I have found that as I moved more into daily exercise and cleaning up my eating habits my attitude improved my daily mood over the last 3 years and things have simply gotten way too easy. My daily goals now revolve around nutritional eating instead of gluttonous junk food face stuffing and plenty of fresh air and exercise. Everyday without fail.
