I was like Wouldn't pushing down on pump further push object inward.
Oh but it has a one way stem.

Thank you so much for the tutorial because my mom bought me one because I’m home alone a lot and so if I start choking, I can use this

I know you’re thinking. There’s a Vent when it push down air escapes out and it closes when it pulls up👍🙂

Just bought one for 6 bucks without the brand on it. Lifevac is selling those more than 75 bucks. Crazy upselling.

I think only pull is required to do.
When you first pres the blockage can go deeper since the air goes inside loungs and cause more damages.😮

Is it dangerous to test it when there is no blockage in your throat, as it can suck up your gastric juice?

I would not even think of buying something like this unless it was tested and approved by Underwriters Lab (UL), Factory Mutual (FM), and/or the American College of Surgeons.

When push down the pump, the chocking ball (item) is going down to the lungs or belly.

there is a transparent round rubber (silicon seal) sitting inside the yellow part. should it remain there or needs to be removed

Being a doctor for more than 15 years, I have never seen such medical device in any healthcare facility.and this is not something hard to design or produce. If it was useful it would be available in almost every hospital or ambulance believe me.
Marketing scam I bet..
