I'm originally from Portsmouth VA and I never met her, but I know exactly how corrupt the police department there is, I was arrested for a misdemeanor and had to do a little bit of time, and I used to see the cops transfer seized items to their personal vehicles and act as if they don't know what happened to it, that is one reason why I'm glad that I no longer live there, because I'm older and know exactly what my rights are and they don't like it when you do, that's anywhere you go, and cops are dicks wherever you are, so keep filming those douchebags and let the people know exactly what they are doing.
