One acceptable use from a surgeon.: patient came off motorcycle and they are covered in wounds filled with sand, gravel etc. the tiny bubbles can help to dislodge smaller foreign particles.

Just be aware hydrogen peroxide can cause cloth to become slightly discolored If you get blood on your clothes, first thing to do is rinse the spot with cold water before it sets.

You can dilute the hydrogen peroxide with water. I do that for mouthwash! Works great and helps with inflammation and pain.
