Random but although the Miswak doesn’t have any whitening benefits but they have a lot of health benefits including healing gum diseases and makes good breath, you can research if u want. In Islam, our Prophet recommended it to us and there are many authentic Hadith that show it’s beneficial for us.

Personally, miswak does whiten my teeth alot . So some of us Muslims actually brush our teeth with a toothbrush and tooth paste and over the day if we feel that are teeth need some cleaning we can use a miswak to get some really good white teeth. I used to use my miswak alot and the tooth brush less in Ramadan since during mornings I would get a bit nauseous if I used toothpaste without drinking anything and I really did realize that my teeth got whiter!( I would say use both don’t throw your tooth brush in the garbage lol)

Miswak is called Datun in Hindi and it is being used since ages in India as a way to oral health

In Swahili we call toothbrush 'mswaki'...
But we don't buy it heres, we just take off a small branch off red ciders and chew it up, smells and tastes soo good..
But also brush our teeth with toothbrushes n pastes so... The chewsticks are just a refreshing addition❤❤

Actually I tried miswak and it really whitened my teeth in only 12 days, its working really well

Mix backing soda with H2O2 and get some result. Or something as cheap, safe, and effective Arm and Hammer Peroxicare. Abrasiveness is only 42 (the low abrasiveness is up to 70) 👍
