I use hydrogen peroxide by itself as mouthwash before I brush. It works best imo and is very affordable.

I'm 50 and have white teeth. I use peroxide once a day after brushing and then rinse with water after a few minutes.

Crest white strips took off ALL my enamel and ruined my teeth. They hurt and they won’t go bright white anymore because I can’t whiten them and they are so thin you can almost see through them. So be careful guys.

I’m on day 6 of whitening and loving the results so far. No sensitivity and my teeth are about two shades whiter. My routine is crest whitening strips, then brushing with a whitening toothpaste, then peroxide rinse.

Whiting strips DESTROYED my teeth they where fine. I used a whitening strips sample and I ended up with holes in many teeth in the front and several have broken off entirely.
