For 40 years I had athletes foot, tried everything, been to doctors and hospitals, finally tried hydrogen peroxide. In 1 week I was cured. Not a single doctor told about this, they just gave a prescription and told me to come back in a month. It's all about the money. There's no money in a cure but there is in a treatment.

Coming from my podiatrist. White vinegar and warm water. You can make it strong as you like. Also has recommended white vinegar, Listerine, and water mix. Dead skin literally falls off just using your hands. Usually soak for about 20ish minutes. For nail fungus use Vicks vapor rub.

My father had toenail fungus and doctors gave him antibiotics and creams for months. I read to soak the yellow nails in peroxide and sun dry for 15-20 minutes. Nails turned white by second day and fungus was gone by end of week completely!

I’ve had basically “trench foot” for about a month. Nothing work including RX anti fugal from someone that claimed to be a dermatologist. This worked like a charm. Thank you

1 C 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1 C white vinegar, at least 4-5 C warm/hot water (depends on the size of your bucket. Soak feet for about 20 min. When I use this recipe I don’t have to use a blade to get rid of dry, rough skin; the dead skin will just slough off.

If you soak your feet in Apple Cider Vinegar and hot water the dead skin sloughs off without having to use that handy tool.

Just an FYI.... I am 62 yrs old and I have never had to sand my heels. The trick is to make sure you apply some type of cream/oil on your feet immediately after you bath and then place on socks to let the cream/oil absorb in. If you do this daily, especially in the colder months, your feet will look fabulous! I use coconut oil, which is antimicrobial. My feet look as young as my 26 y.o. daughter's feet. I am a nurse and I had a young woman who I cared for about 10 years ago now. One day I saw her limping on one foot. I asked to examine the foot and on the bottom was a 1/4" deep and 1.5" long fissure in her heel. I sent her to see her doctor to make sure there was no infection and I also told her how to care for her feet as I have described above and within a month her feet looked great...

Although you may have already addressed us on one of your other hydrogen peroxide videos, it's always important at the start of a hydrogen peroxide video to let people know it's important that they only use 3% strength. Anything more than that can be harmful.

I spend a lot of time outside and in the garden. Normally barefoot. I tried this last night for the first time in my foot bath and I am amazed. My feet peel like crazy every time the seasons change. The layers of skin just fell off. Thank you for the tip I’m going to use it more often

My paternal grandmother would soak her feet in Epsom salt and water every week. Even at age 100, she had the nicest looking feet and healthy toenails .
Much better looking feet and toenails than some of the younger people in the family. Everyone should take as much care of their feet like they take care of their teeth. After all, our feet carry all our weight every moment we stand up, and everytime we walk, jog, or run.

I do use Hydrogen Peroxide for many things. I also do a once a month soak in a bath of very strong tea; it takes out all the infections, and fights athletes (recommended to me by a medical doctor years ago); I have added some Epson salt to that tea recently. The tea needs to be hot when you soak your feet. I tend to soak for about a half hour, or I may jut put on movie, and soak. Be warned; it does feel pretty good, and you may fall asleep. Make sure to dry your feet well, and have the floor covered so you do not get any tea on the floor, unless you are on a tile floor, and mop it up immediately if any tea spills; it will stain what ever it touches. I generally have one towel dedicated to drying my feet, and do nothing else to my feet ; save let them have some air for a an hour or ore afterwards. This method saved my feet, when I had a major infection that was spewing out from between my feet. It dried it up over time, when I did his daily. Once I was clear, I went back to once month. The doctor I had seen for that infection could not prescribe much. I also used witch hazel to add to the drawing out of the infection. Have a great week!!!!

Adding a little baking soda to the water & peroxide increasing the skin softening effect. Baking soda acts as a mild surfactant, essentially making water wetter. The sodium in the baking soda also helps kill most fungi.

Well I'm certainly going to give this a try because it actually makes a lot of sense, you may have just saved my feet, thank you!

My doctor told me that taking off socks and shoes while at home helps kill fungus, the more air your feet get, the better. Also when cleaning your feet take a old toothbrush that you've bleached clean and scrub around your toenails into the sides and under them it removes built up gunk that can turn into a breeding ground for bacteria or fungus.

Soaking my feet in hot to warm water every morning, with baking soda, peroxide and apple cider vinegar works perfect to help cure toe fungus,

This method is really good foot care, but don't forget about the other things your feet come into contact with. Socks should get a vinegar soak occasionally, especially if you have toe fungus problems, your shoes are also getting the fungus or bacteria transferred to them. Tennis shoes can be washed in a bucket of soap and white vinegar, air dry in the sun when possible. And your fingerand toe nail clippers should be scrubbed and disenfected on a regular basis if you have fungal problems

I’ve used peroxide to soak my feet and you are right. Peroxide is a great help for my feet. Also mint mouthwash or white vinegar do a good job too. Thanks.

Thank you so much! This actually works! I work in a warehouse so I’m constantly on my feet. I had a couple callouses on my feet and they were smelly. This helped 💯. Try it out people! I also added some epsom salt

I use toothpaste with a little baking soda to brush my teeth and then use hydrogen peroxide to rinse and rinse and gargle afterwards. Mouth feels so much cleaner!
