Do not spray water. Make sure lettuce are dry before wrapping in a dry paper towel. Put in a paper bag than plastic would be better

I wash and dry my lettuce I use a spin dryer to get it completely dry. Then I bag it and suck all the air out of the bag. Stick it in the fridge, It will keep for 2 weeks easily. But If I don't dry it thoroughly It Rots pretty quickly....

Yes but you should not wet the pepper towel because the lettuce is already moist the whole purpose is to keep the lettuce from being to wet so it doesn't get soggy
