i’ve never seen this trick, i’ll have to try it! honestly if you’re careful you can reuse the foil! and i recycle mine. i mean if it is clean and i can flatten it…to me it’s no different than an aluminum can

😆 best ending! My dad got us hip to this when we were kids. He has a variety of easy home style ways to keep every fruit and veggie fresh in the fridge longer. Used to scoff or think nothing of it growing up, but as an adult with bills?? Using ALL the old school ways of my parents and ancestors. 😌💙🖤✨

I did this just the other day! I ran out of zip locks and just used foil. I expected to find a wilted, brown mess when I opened it, but it was just as green as when I bought it! I didn't put two and two together until I saw your video. Thanks for the reminder!

Some great suggestions. Been putting my onions in the refrigerator for years then you only have a few tears. 😅😂 I can't help you if you don't like foil I love it. ☮️💜 foil also works on celery
