Ex-Correctional Officer Mom FREAKS When She Loses Custody After Shacking Up With INMATE Baby Daddy!

Today, we have 5 hearings in a case with a couple where Dad is motioning the court for primary custody
claiming Mom is encouraging their son to stay primarily with her despite their 50/50 parenting plan,
undermining Dad during his custody time, and discussing the court case with their son.


He claims they split up 2 1/2 years ago when Mom lost her job as a correctional officer after she had an
illicit affair with a inmate and now they live together and have a toddler. Dad claims their household is not a
healthy environment for his children, he’s concerned about drug use, DV incidents & inappropriate behaviour
by this BF and his daughter.


Mom claims everything Dad says is exaggerated or a lie and she can’t understand why the court can’t see that.
She attempts to refute Dad’s claims but he has a very competent lawyer while she’s filing as pro se and she
doesn’t have a clue how any of this works leading to her constantly getting frustrated and upset.


Will Mom stand a chance at proving Dad wrong or will this end in yet another meltdown?

His attorney has literally been THE best attorney I’ve ever seen for these type of cases. She was well prepared, professional, respectful, objected when needed, effective and had her clients best interest in mind. Kudos to her!

My bestie has been a female correctional officer in mens prisons for 24 years. To start a relationship with an inmate is absurd! And to do it with young children is grounds for rhem to be removed from your custody IMO

It's confusing to me that someone trying to regain custody of her children would violate court orders and do drugs, which makes no sense. My heart breaks for the children.

Let’s be real.
She was probably asked to resign instead of be fired. They probably told her if she willingly left they wouldn’t pursue any type of consequences for doing something that is actually illegal. You can not be an CO and then engage in a sexual or romantic relationship with an inmate. She’s extremely lucky she wasn’t charged.

Also, what is it with moms and refusing to pay child support all because they don’t work to raise yet another kid? You won’t get to say your other kids don’t matter because you got knocked up again. Either get a job or have your new man pay it.
