Selfish Mother Loses Custody When She Keeps Lying About SX Offender Boyfriend Living In Her HOUSE!

Today, we have 14 hearings in a case with a couple where Dad is is extremely worried about Mom’s
new boyfriend who has a lengthy criminal record and is a registered s*x offender. He doesn’t want this
guy anywhere near his children but Mom is allowing him to live with her.


The GAL is also concerned about this man being around the boys, so much so that she recommends
that Dad be made primary parent and Mom only have visitation. She doesn’t think Mom understands
how risky her choices are.


Despite Mom’s claims that he will never be around the children again, we return to court for contempt
after contempt brought by Dad when he keeps finding proof that she continues to lie about this man
not being in her home or around the boys.


Mom claims that her boyfriend is never there when the children are and any evidence that he has that
shows differently has been faked by her neighbours who she claims are giving Dad this bogus evidence
in an attempt to harass her.


What will the court have to say about her hard to believe claims?

The gal said the neighbor was worried and heard one of the boys scream no, no please stop, omg with that sex offender in that house, it gives me the chills, and the judge heard this and still leaves the boys to get abused and are in danger. I blame it on the judge.

As a SA survivor and a mother I Believe that ANY MOTHER that brings an SA offender into their home with children should AUTOMATICALLY LOSE CUSTODY. It is NEVER a misunderstanding, NEVER a mistake or an Oops. He MADE THE CHOICE TO OFFEND AND SHE MADE THE CHOICE TO BRING HIM IN HER HOME.

She is actively choosing a sex offender to be in her life. He is a registered sex offender and this is a person she wants to be around her children.

Why didn't any of the judges order a forensic evaluation to be done on the boys once the neighbour blew the whistle that she heard the boys screaming, and at minimum suspend unsupervised visits until it was done?

Also, why did the judges not contact the boyfriend's parole officer?!

I think some of the problem with delay after delay is that there is no continuity with judges. If one judge had to sit through her nonsense over and over, this might have wrapped up sooner.
