The first time I saw this, I was laughing for maybe twenty minutes.
It's the ducklings WTF expressions and the fact Wilson doesn't react at all because at this point, he's seen it all.

Anyone who knows anything about construction in a workplace building knows how insane this is. He made a structural change to the building. Which means he had to ask approval of the building owner, facility management and a third party engineering company to perform a 1 minute prank. I am impressed.

I love how you can basically imagine there being a whole conversation between House and WIlson, simply pared down to House raising his glass and Wilson nonchalantly saying 'No.'

The funniest part is it always did that in real life, it's how they filmed scenes from that perspective in House's and Wilson's offices, the cameramen just stood in the other office filming through.
