Interesting: I’m one of those people who have an unusually high threshold to ‘the cold’, and a reflexive low threshold to ‘hot’ temperatures. In the summer/heat I get ‘burnt’ semi-immediately, and find being out in the sun oppressive. So, in this weather I stay in a lot more, I screen & bloc, and when out I look for shade. At the other end, I’m in a Tee shirt while people around me are in jumpers/coats, and regularly get asked - often rather indignantly, “Aren’t you cold!?” I have asked doctors whether there is a medical term for this, but apparently not?

Agree. My method is using ice packs and a ice jacket. I apply daily 20-30 min to legs and body. I find less uncomfortable and still very effective for the benefits

Used to get a cold a few times a year for a few weeks and sometimes get quite ill with whatever I had, been having cold showers for two years now and I've one cold that only lasted a few days when I was feeling very stressed. I'd recommend them, certainly. Also seem to recover quicker after workouts but that could also be down to stretching more so I can't say for definite.

My doctor told me that 33 years ago and my kids were basically never sick, and I have been sick maybe 4 times in my life. I keep my house at 63° in the winter, lower at night. What you said is so true.
I also am a colour and sound energy worker, meditate, exercise (just signed up to your Intelligent Strength program) and am vegan. Couldn’t be healthier. Love your videos in getting the word out. Thank you. 🇨🇦🙏😘

When exercising in the cold, is their a time limit that's needed and a specific temperature? My lowest is 18° for running outside and I don't wear warm weather gear, simply long tights and long tee cause it helps me with fat burning and overall metabolism.

I live in Canada and sometimes it reaches like minus 10 or 20 Celcius during winter times, so for how long can I stay out wearing only a T-shirt or short sleeves? I used to do 30 minutes or sometimes 40 minutes but it was minus 5, one more question, are you following the Wim Hof Method?
