This helped SO much. I’m a distracted creative creature- I make great lists, buy fabulous calendars and make schedules and to do lists in priorities ...BUT I have ZERO morning plan in reality, despite how my calendar dictates. In Analyzing my destroyers, I find that I spend time checking and answering email and texts and Facebook- which leads me to order online and an hour and a half later I have done NOTHING on my pretty scheduled morning routine. Limits, boundaries for this, and actually doing the same things before I touch my phone or tablet...and doing the healthy positive things I TRULY want to do- duh🙄- sounds so easy and great! I’m motivated by the simplicity. Thank you!

I love how specific you are about your morning routine, it paints a very clear and unambiguous picture that anyone can follow. These are the daily habits of a champion and I appreciate you sharing it with us!

I am a morning person, I wake up at 4 in the morning. One thing I need to start doing is listening to myself telling me how blessed and awesome I am, that is a big help and I think this is a confidence booster.

Those are great tips! Thank you. You've described the perfect morning routine everyone should follow. I love the cold shower method. Exercise is a definitely a must. Reading a book in my field of interest every morning is the best thing I've learned, and I practice it 7 days a week. I've read over 300 books over a few years by reading 15 minutes in the morning. Listening to affirmations in the morning is one of the best methods ever developed. I've listened to over 100 audiobooks using this method, one of which was yours "Book Launch" :)

I've got my morning routone and I'm vary aware of the benefits when I follow it and the effects when I don't. Like the idea to write down 3 things that will make this day great, 3 things I'm grateful for and affirmations! Thanks for sharing this!

I'm a morning person. So being prepared the day before to have a running start is a great reminder. Thanks Chandler

Thanks for this! I'm a recent convert to the morning routine game, and I agree with Chandler - so much more gets accomplished before 8am this way! I found a company called Habit Nest that makes a journal specifically for creating the habit of a morning routine, and that helped me tremendously. Also - I'm a big fan of the 10% Happier app with Dan Harris. It's not inexpensive, but the breadth and depth of the teachings, meditations, and accompanying videos have provided me hours of guided meditations that I actually enjoy.

Hal Elrod’s Principles are great and practical. I’m not naturally a morning person but these principles really do help us night owls shift.

The S-A-V-E-R-S is a great framework. Thank you for sharing your moring routine too, Chandler. No wonder you have so much done by 8 am. All these 3 videos are the most useful and informative videos as far as entries for a giveaway. Love watching all of them. Here's to a great 2019!!

I'm a morning person so this resonates with me, and be prepared the day before allows me to get up and get running without having to get organized. Thanks for the reminder!

The mornings I can get in a 20-30 minute walk before writing always help clear my head before I write. I definitely need to add more short meditations into my daily routine as well.

This is where it all begins, in the morning. At least for most of us. I love the SAVERS acronym. It really hits some as to what most will need to get their day going for success. Thanks for this video.

My mornings normally start between 4:30 and 5:30 depending on when my bladder or my boys (dogs) wake me up. I'm then up and going and that starts the day in a beautiful way. Makes me more productive and fulfilled in making things happen.

I like the idea of putting "work clothes" on to get in business mode. Great mental trick.

I do usually have a morning routine. You're right on having the common things that you do to start the day right. Makes the day go smoothly. Thank you
