I watch this video most mornings and I am incrementally adding these activities to my morning routine. I am cutting down on caffeine too. I do not journal at this time but I am up to 40 pushups on the bathroom counter. Today, I did them more slowly with one breath for each rep. Thank you for the encouragement.

When I had children at home. I always woke up a hour early. Sometimes I did things, other times I meditated. Be greatful for small things.
Keep your thoughts positive.
Keeping things in place atleast once a week.
Make your bed everyday!

Meditating 10-20 minutes
