Know Your Cycle.
Our Bodies physically & mentally, change all the time during our cycle.

As you can see I tend to only have a week or so where I am ultimately energised, feeling productive and “normal” .. Anyone else?

Every queen will experience different symptoms, I think it is super important to highlight & for us to speak about having a better understanding of how our hormones affect our day to day lives.

I took each of these videos during each phase of my cycle.

Menstruation - Start of period
Follicular - estrogen rises
Ovulation - egg is released woop
Luteal - progesterone peaking & those pms symptoms kick In .

I personally found tracking my cycle in one of those free apps, and exercising to my bodies needs as best I can around my symptoms super helpful.

I actually have no idea WHY it took me to my mid 30s to start, we should be doing this from the beginning.

Bloating during ovulation is such a diabolical symptom! Haha thank you for highlighting this - thought I was going crazy!

I didn’t know that vaginal cramps and sore boobs were a thing during ovulation! I thought they were only normal during PMS. Good to know, thank you!

Thanks for posting! It gets so frustrating managing but comforting to remind myself seeing it normal with other women 😭
