Dab some teatree oil on the spot as soon as you feel it coming up. Use a hot wash cloth to scrub your face every night to prevent the oil trapped under the dead skin layer becoming infected. Make sure your bed is washed weekly. Spots won’t be too much of a problem hopefully that way. Yes I’m a mum lol. 😄
