I crippled myself with side bends.
Had to lay in the floor for a week, year + and it still hurts daily.

I did the one in the middle today at the gym and it never fails that on the first swing around my waist, the kettlebell hits my butt. I have to exaggerate the moment to avoid stopping the kettlebell mid-swing 😅 I love kettlebell workouts tho! They’re so fascinating and dynamic and you get a great workout! ❤
