Good exercises but not close to the best. Making these dynamic while maintaining a neutral spine, instead of static would enhance the result and has more functionality.

Can you do a core strengthening video that shows modified poses that perform the same functions? (Ex: Wall planks.. only modifier I can think of 🫣)
