I just blend two raw eggs into my almond milk. Along with cinnamon. Sometimes stevia. Go all rocky style.

I don’t like the generalization of carbohydrates. There’s a huge difference between eating vegetables with the exception of starchy vegetables versus complex carbohydrates like bread, pasta, and rice.

I started following your program for weight loss, I do like veggies, berries, avocado, eggs, and understand eating less and fasting. But I hope I am never diabetic or pre diabetic I could not imagine a proper dinner without potatoes, how can you have a nice sandwich without bread, crispy chips are lovely, and what about pastry lovely meat and potato pie. Its strange some people can go on eating these foods and never have diabetes doesn't seem fair. I just don't know how I d manage, feel depressed now.

Another reason bananas are handed out at some athletic events is because they come in their own biodegradable wrapper, the banana peel. Very easy to eat without needing to cut them open. I was a bicycle racer for over 25 years, and yeah, bananas were a staple. They fit nicely in a jersey pocket, easy to peel while riding a bicycle, and you can just toss the peel off the side of the road. Tough to do all that with an avocado while cycling. But now I can't even remember the last time I had a banana.

I have been a high carb low fat vegan for 2 years. Initially did it for weight loss. I gained weight and feel terrible. Found out i am a endomorph body type which explains the pain from carbs daily. Found your videos and i want to try low carb to try to get off the 70 lbs i need to lose. Are these foods all good for low carb not just keto? I dont think i can do keto. Im also taking digestive enzymes which help with the pain along with iron for my anemia, b12 and a adrenal health supplement. I think being vegan caused my adrenal to worsen. So im trying to feel better overall. Your advice would be appretiated.

Dr. I have just had one avocado for my breakfast. I eat every morning one of my A MUST. I stocked up avocado 🥑 in my kitchen more than anything, it is because it takes time to get it ripe. I started eating avocado over a year ago and I love it plus other healthy fruits, yoghurt for my breakfast. Greetings from Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Dr Nick please will you share your thoughts about Almond Milk, I normally have it in a smoothie, Halloumi Cheese and Yoghurt (fat free). I IF with much success and am enjoying it and have lost so much weight. Thank you!
