With the Samsung Galaxy Watch, you can get personalized sleep coaching for a better night’s rest! To use this feature, you just need to have your watch paired with your phone, and be signed into a Samsung Account. Once you’re connected, wear your watch to bed each night so it can calculate a sleep score. In the morning, the previous night’s sleep score can be found on the Sleep tile on your watch. Tap on the tile, and then scroll to and tap Show on Phone for a more detailed sleep dashboard.
You can start the Sleep coaching program after 7 days of captured sleep data. To begin, the Samsung Health app will assign you one of eight sleep animals that represents your specific sleep habits. Complete the surveys and set a target sleep time in the app to begin your customized, four-week coaching schedule for better sleep.
As you go through the program, you’ll learn three factors about your sleep behavior that will set the course for improvement. Tap Start coaching; this will give you tips and actionable steps to help you get better rest. After you complete four weeks in the program, go back into Sleep coaching to see how you did and what daily habits to put into practice.
