No. It is impossible for a saved Christian to lose their salvation. It is clearly taught in the bible. By saying you can lose your salvation it means you do not trust in the final work of Jesus.

The confusion lies in Christians not understanding that God has a separate covenant with Israel, completely different than the one he has for the Body of Christ.

You won't lose your salvation if you stay in the vine and stay in Christ but if you decide not to abide in the vine like going back to your sins you will lose your salvation and if you die without repenting them you will go to hell. Your salvation is not guaranteed. If you do not obey Jesus Christ's commandments you do not love Jesus.
