Remote desktop services can be a powerful tool to connect users with their work and private applications. Unfortunately, many configurations require users to go through a website using multiple logins and establishing several connections just to complete the process. This is frustrating, but there’s a much easier way. Greg will walk you through each step of setting up remote desktop services using RemoteApp and the Desktop Connections tool in Windows Server 2012. This approach simplifies the remote connection process to such a degree that you can map it to a user’s start menu and kick things off with a single click.
