Also give the breathing Method a chance!:
Breath in ! Hold ! Breath out,
but in a VERY slow way with MUCH oxygen. It will make you relax. And dont lay in weird position that rlly feel comfy, instead just lay a little straight and "reset" all of your muscels!

I have ALWAYS slept with a fan on me, winter or summer. I have to have a cool breeze on my face, in order to fall asleep.

The book is the best medication 4 me and maybe 1 paracetamol.also try to learn a prayer as u sleeping.
