When I was on keto years ago! I was eating up to 6 eggs everyday! Now I’ll eat 2 to 3 organic eggs with egg whites! After my fast! With spinach! I make scrambled! Avocado !🥑

I am down 20 pounds and now I need a boost to get rid of these last 10 pounds and mostly in my stomach so I’m going to try this starting tomorrow. I didn’t workout though but now I going on the treadmill because I’m starting to get tired of trying to lose weight I just want to get rid of the last 10 pounds and work on stabilize my weight. 😫 thanks for the tip I need. 👍🏾

I like his diet plan but studies have proven that pasture raised eggs are absolutely no better than non-pasture raised and in fact are often lower in nutrient whilst costing twice as much.

Wrong oatmeal does not spike blood sugar. I'm a diabetic and oatmeal helps regulate your blood sugar. Unless you are slapping sugar and other stuff on it.
