My mind hates working out, but I love the way I feel after completing any workout, but this one specifically!

This one was really saitsfying. I didn't do all the other cardio stuff and just kept on single jumping through the whole video but it really got me out of breath which is what I needed. I've been doing the other 20 minute workout you guys had done on the bike path but I've been stuck at 81.7 kg for about 2 weeks. I think this is going to help me get down past 80kg hopefully. Love the timer, that's the main reason i use it. Kind of miss the encouragement during the video but a silent one is good as well. Please make more 20 minute binges! They're super useful and I love em!

I used to jump the rope 2 times per week, I can now jump for 1h and I get around 4000 times...just like a pro.

This is my favorite protocol: 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

I structure a round of 10 minutes, 1 minute break between the rounds and then I go to 3-4 rounds.

I am drenched in sweat after the workout.

Alternative : jump rope on odds, and on even rounds to a bodyweight or kettlebell exercise. Same structure. I am a huge fan of kettlebells as they are suited for Jiu Jitsu. It's brutal but it gets the job done.

I use the plank as an active rest
...so before the plank, i do 60 secs of jump rope....and also reduce the 1 minute rest to 45 secs...it works fine ...thanks to you guys for these amazing workouts ...you guys are truly awesome❤❤
