JRD is the reason I started jumping rope and I love it, at least 3 times a week, in addition to running and weightlifting. It has done so much for my leg strength and endurance.

Hey, Jump Rope Dudes, a huge thank you for your videos and tutorials. I have only discovered rope jumping a few months ago. Like everybody else, I've struggled with tripping all the time. I then bought myself a set of Cross Ropes and I am now doing great, working up to 30 minutes a day, though too early for fancy tricks yet, other than the side-swipe. To put this into perspective? I am 79 years old. I feel mentally sharper and it's improved my balance remarkably. A huge thank you for your dedication.

Completed 2 times in a row, making it a 40 min hell workout.
1st round i completed 20 minutes with you no rest .
But 2nd round i had to stop like 4 times in between.
