Here's why I love jumping rope (and why I love this particular workout):

• Jumping rope for 10 minutes is the equivalent of running a 8-minute mile
• Jumping rope can burn 200-300 calories in 15 minutes
• It improves coordination
• It reduces injury risk
• It can improve cardiorespiratory fitness
• It can strengthen bone density
• It can improve heart health
• It promotes calmness

If you don't have a jump rope, you can just jump without one. I won't tell!

Gurl I hopped outta bed this morning and did this whole workout and now I feelin like a fit queen cause of you!! I love your workouts they're unique and killer! Love you and the vids! This one is different than any other jump rope workouts and I love it because of the breaks! Perfect and will never get old! I played some Chris Brown in the background and I was jumpin like a maniac! Thank you, Rachel, you're truly a fitness queen!

This is my favorite jump rope workout! I love so many things about your video! I love the percent bar. I love that you tell us what's coming up. I love the videography during the breaks. I love your dog toddling in and how you keep looking at him. I love that you miss occasionally and wrote "whoops". It's such a great workout! Thank you for posting! I do it at least once a week for one of my workouts.

Did this workout for the first time today and omg it was nooo joke! I really had to push myself but I'm glad I did. Excited to see how much I improve doing this 4x a week.

Been eyeing this workout for a minute and I won’t lie, I was intimidated by it. But I want to push my body in this weight loss/fitness journey I’m on and so I decided to give it a try. Loved it. Sweating a lot (how I like it) and the variations made it quite fun. I’m so grateful you started making videos because you’re literally my favourite fitness youtuber rn.

I already did the workout a few times before today, but I stopped, because it was so hard, and I didn't have much motivation or strength, and for a few weeks, I did another one, that I found easier. But today, I thought : "If I don't do it now, I'll never be able to surpass myself". So I did the workout, and I am really glad I did ; I had so much fun. Thank youu ! <3

Loved this workout! As the music is quiet I can listen to mine and still hear the timer! Love that. For weightless how often would you recommend doing this workout? Also would you combine with anything else? Defo a new subscriber here!

I'm planning to jump rope or take a walk for 20 min every day . And today has my first day so I've Just finished your another 10 min jump rope ( did it twice) and now receive this amazing video, I'm soooo excited that tomorrow I'll not have to repeat the exercise thanks to this new video, I'll be able to choose which video I want to do and is really cool!!! Also was so fun today, I'm excited to try this one tomorrow ( Can't do today because my legs left me with the another workout 😂)
