Dips are awesome. I couldn't even do 1 rep 10 months ago. Now I do weighted dips with 15 kgs plate for more than 12reps

Dips or a dip machine is my favorite lift! He's right! It nails triceps, shoulders as a whole and upper/ outer pecs. You also get the pec/ delt tie-in big time!

How dips are comparable to incline presses? I’d rather choose decline dumbbell hammer presses to it not incline press

dips are king. but i do get pain in my forearms and would feel something shoot up from the wrist to my elbows at times. it's spooky as hell and for the life of me I don't know what it is or how to deal with it. I only know to warm up my forearms, the the help is minimal.
