Guys do NOT sleep on Kelli when she says "more stretching is always good". I've added stretching everyday to my routine during the evening and it has helped a TON with my workouts! The difference is incredible.

Your channel is the first channel that worked for me. My hips were reconstructed when I was younger and always felt pain doing other channels exercises. It motivates me that I can do most of them and modify the ones I can't do. Thank you for helping me on my journey!

This exercise is great for right before bed. I can always have a better time falling asleep if I do this before.
These poses are deceptively easy looking for the abs and thighs. I could not believe how they were burning my top thighs and legs. I think that these are perfect for the day after upper arm strength workouts, because it would be too much for after leg day if your legs end up sore.
Slowly learning how to properly build my workout days. :) Thanks Kelli and Daniel!

I did this as a cold recovery workout. I'm just at the end of a nasty cold bug that took me to bed rest for three days. I'm no longer feeling like I've been hit by a truck but still not 100% either. My body is SCREAMING for something to do but going to a full workout would be a mistake. This was excellent!

I enjoyed this workout so much . thanks guys. you're right, Kelli....many people find this kind of workouts boring as they don't realize their importance while doing other HIIT or strength training workouts. I personaly love yoga, stretching and pilates and I find it extremely relaxing. I am ready tomorrow for Day 3♥

I've done all 3 days, I'm 65 and found it great before I go to work in the garden. We're in lockdown here. I liked day 3 best.

I have followed you for so long and have done lots of little bits and pieces to help me along with my career (im a jockey so fitness is key) only in february i injured my back severely and am still off work. I see my physio every week and have done so many stretches but this has been a godsend honestly its so great AND fun! Love doing it with you too! Thankyou for these uploads i really needed them :)

Hi, I like much your way to do exercises every type.
I love the way you teach people to listen their bodies.
I have overweight as so many others nowadays. It is not
so easy to move. So I do day one streching as long as
I Feel it is good to move on. My body feels much more
better and smoother and warmer after this exercise.
So I just want to thank you that you make your programmes
also to people who have to start somewhere, who are beginners
maybe after too long break.
