Trying this 4 week shred program
- I’m also doing morning jogs every morning for 30-40 mins besides Sunday.
- As for dieting, I’m limiting my protein intake and simply eating more vegetables and fruits than carbs and protein focus

Day one: ✔️

Day four: ✔️ ( I nearly died, that flabby arm workout almost killed me)

Edit: I forgotten to keep updating my progress but for those who are wondering if I've been slacking, no I haven't. I followed the program until the end and lost around 15lbs. I noticed a significant decrease on my arms and thighs. I did not take measurements unfortunately.

Guys I just started this challenge, and I gotta say that you are going to have results, I already can feel myself stronger to make every exercise as days are passing.
TE ONLY THING I ADVICE YOU, is to take care of your back, because we are going to have a lot of legs exercises, and if you are not strong enough to make them in the speed Emi does it, you will probably hurt your back, so take your time to make every repetition well, correctly and do not care too much about following her speed bc you can hurt your back, that happened to me at the beginning so please take care!

Ever since this quarantine started, i badly wanted to lose weight and then i found emi's channel, ever since, my life changed, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. I am much more motivated to do things everyday and exercise as much as i can and be fit and healthy even in an early age❤️💯

Don’t know if anyone will see this but I’ve been following Emi for like a year now and this is by far my favorite routine she’s posted!!! It really does work— I got behind but am almost finished now and my body not only looks but feels so much better too!! Thank you Emi <33

I'm already one and a half year following Emi and I need to thank you! I've started this with 75kg in November 22th 2019 and 88cm on my waist, today I weigh 62, 5kg and have 68cm an my waist! I know this is not so much weight, but while struggling with bulimia I still able to get more healthy, trying to eat healthier and have a better relationship with myself (also thank you for opening up with your struggles with eating disorders) thank you so much Emi, all happiness for you and your family ❤️

I follow all emi's workout, they are so intense and effective. Emi is the only reason behind my weight loss journey (119 lbs-101 lbs), gonna try this one too :)

Guys lemme seriously tell you this one is the hardest of emi wongs workout! ( expect burpee one's ofcourse 😭) I just can't get use to it, but that's what gonna help us to lose that fat and gain muscle 🔥

Today my final day of 4 weeks Full Body Shred Challenge. Yeay I can't believe I finished it. I lost 2, 5kg and my body size (arm, bust, waist) is getting smaller and toned. Also I can see clearly 3 lines in my abs wohoooo. I will continue the workout with the Full Body Workout video in day 28 for 2 weeks.

I am a fan of Emi's workout routine. I have been doing her workouts since 2019, and guess what? I lost more than 4kgs. However, I gained weight during the last year so I am 57kgs now. I am going to work hard and get to 53kgs by the end of 4 weeks. Wish me luck. I'll update here everyday.
Beginnings :

Day 3 - ✅ My thigh muscles were sore so couldn't find the motivation easily today, yet, I pushed through, and got it done.

Halfway through : I am just beginning to lose weight. My weight scale dropped from 57 kgs to 56.8 kgs. Thought the weight isn't reduced much, my belly fat is rapidly dissolving. By the end of these 4 weeks, I am expecting to drop down to atleast 55 kgs if not 53 kgs.

I did this today. Omg, my knees feel so soar now. And i could hear my heart pumping so loud at Leg Drop exercise.. almost fainted but worth it! No pain no gain!

For anyone who is hesitating to start this challenge, or is halfway and lacking motivation; it is definitely worth it!
I have just finished the last day of this challenge, and I feel so much stronger and fit and see the results on every part of the body that is focused on during these four weeks. The first time I did the 20 minute body shred workout I was halfway dying and sweating like crazy, but the last few times it had become way less difficult. I have done three other challenges (10 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks), but I do believe this one was the most effective.
Even though it is hard sometimes, put the effort in for yourself, you can do it!
