Remove tomato's seeds and skin it is not good for you as it contain nightshade. Add arugula leaves along with spinach leaves to enhance nitric oxide. Bell pepper and chilly seeds also has nightshade so remove the seeds before you consume it. You can use black pepper instead of red chilly. When you eat your green leafy veggies such as arugula, spinach, kale, swiss chard or when you eat cruciferous veggies such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli add some balsamic or rice vinegar in it to enhance nitric oxide. Hello ma'am i have a question from you that you said that tomato should be cooked for more nutrients ryt but i saw a video on satvic life channel which have millions subscriber with many more informative videos heath related and she told us in her videos that never cooked tomatoes bcoz it lost it's nutrients please ma'am tell me the correct answer
