The fact adidas still makes them to this day does show that it is still great. The copa mundial is a pair that I always come back and boy it still feels amazing

Im playing Copas since years so believe me when you play on a dry/not too wet pitch these are the perfect boots. Not expensive, great touch, amazing feel, perfect fit after some time, protection and old school style. Absolute dream for everyone

I'm not a fan but I love that Adidas still makes them

They are the best boot 🤷🏻‍♂️ quality, full-leather upper for perfect fit, comfort and touch. Made in Germany and virtually unchanged since 1980. Simply the perfect boot

Copas are literally the only, if you've never tried them you HAVE to try them, boots on the market. Yea they're super duper mega ultra über old school but you won't regret buying them! Eternal masterpieces 🖤

I never owned studded ones, but the Turf option (Mundial Teams) are super comfortable. The downside is I have to wear two pairs of socks to prevent heal blisters, and the soles won't stay glued on. The upper looks/feels perfect but I still wouldn't recommend them

They will always be the best no matter what is out there you can’t never go wrong with OG’s

Quality boots...and they may get heavy in the rain, but the next day it is the perfect fit to your foot

Swore by them for years and years……just heavy in comparison to more up to date boots, feel like I’m running in treacle wearing them!

I've had a couple of pairs, but they're nowhere near the equivalent offerings from Mizuno, Diadora and Asics. So many better all leather 'classics' to choose from (don't forget Pantofolo d'Oro too).

Having had an ankle surgery I wear Copa Mundial because it protect’s my ankle and is an amazing boot. Today’s new cleats are so light and thin and you hardly have any protection for your feet.

A Gentleman's boot, for those with class and refined taste.

If only they’d change the bottoms to something newer they would be perfect

If I get an older style boot I think I’m going with the Nike premiers

This is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I consider myself a leather fan. I just bought these as my first pair of leather soccer cleats and I was really unimpressed. The leather is so thin, and why even make a shoe/cleat out of leather if you're going to put foam under the leather. The sole plate and last they used, make the cleat super narrow, even after the leather stretches to your width, the edge of your foot hangs off the soleplate. Why not just have a wider soleplate to start with? Also if they just not put the stitch lines in the toe area, they'd stretch more exact to your foot. I bought a pair of Nike premier 3 to see if they'll be any better

They're good but traction wise they slip a lot at least for me.

You’re not gonna be wearing them in the wet. They’re for hard ground.
