4 things a 'male' Nurse should not say to their female Nurse coworker

*Warning: This vlog post was made with a large dose of sarcasm*

Men still make up less than 10% of the working force of the Nursing profession. I thought I'd share some helpful tips for things you should definitely NOT say to your female coworker. It just might save your life.

4 things never to say:
1. Having a bad hair day?
2. Is it that time of the month?
3. Do you have make-up on?
4. Do you match?

Sean, dude we need a LOT more male nurses, ultrasound etc. I screwed my spine working in a hospital, I worked with some pretty amazing nurses both male and female. and some of the bad... Sadly as a male patient it is easier to be called names like misogynist, while asking for a male nurse for male care.  The typical response is they do not have a male nurse available, then when you refuse any care that violates your comfort they turn into a child...  It shouldn't be that hard on patients, the more male nurses the better patient care can be....
