I'm 27 and been gluten free for 3 year and never cried about. Hell I learned about how thrash is refined flour. The mother should just change her alimentation practice if she really love her children. They are children, they can easily change what they like.

I was misdiagnosed with celiacs disease for a year until they figured out I have a different autoimmune disease. I went a year gluten free it was awful. Gluten is literaly the best part of bread so when you take it out its much less satisfying.

as someone who’s worked in more than 6 restaurants, i can tell you that most of these restaurants don’t follow the gluten allergy procedures and i’ve never seen or heard of anyone get sick from it, just saying it might not be that big of an issue
