Total Gym Shoulder and Back Workout (Follow Along) 30 min

This is a follow along Total Gym shoulders and back workout also using loop style resistance bands. This workout should take you anywhere from 23- 30 minutes. I'll be using a timer again to signal the transition to the start of the next exercise and provide some rest. This workout can get a little challenging in the second circuit, so you may need to hit pause on the video. I also add a "bonus" portion of the workout, that just shows some extra exercises I did after I finished the primary work sets of the back and shoulder workout. Thank as always for watching.

Workout: 3 Circuits (2 Exercises in each) x 12-20 reps x 30 secs rest

I have a basic total gym I got Yrs ago. Love your workouts. Didnt know I can do all those exercises really helps as I get older. Thanks

I tried the pullups with the band's shown in the second Circuit and found it to be quite challenging! Thanks for posting this!

1:03, taking the pulley off the glideboard will solve the problem. Then just sit lower on the board to prevent bottoming out on the bottom.

Do total gyms have a 4point pulley system, where you can hook it up so your pulling from the middle of the board like on a total trainer?
