Total Gym Shoulders, Back, Arms Workout

Here is an upper body workout (shoulder, back, and arms) using a Total Gym and Undersun Fitness Resistance Bands. I again tried to pair and choose exercises that take advantage of the using the Total Gym Tower to anchor the resistance bands. This workout uses compound sets (working the same muscle group back to back exercises) and has minimal rest periods. This is works out to be an time efficient workout where you can get a lot of work done in a short amount of time. As always, thank you for watching.
