These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

Love that you do so many standing workouts. I prefer to get some cardio benefit with everything and that’s why I’m always looking for standing stuff. Your program is worthwhile because there is no time wasting, with every move addressing a body part in an effective manner. Great time investment for me. Thank you ❤

I do so enjoy your videos. My problem is right now I can’t do the squats or bouncing right now, waiting on knee replacement in October but Dr still wants me to lose weight.

Morning im on day 3vof your excercise iv looked for many weeks and its time to do something about my menipause weight gain iv got 2 stone thats distributed itself round my body so need to get rid so with your help i hope i can succeed
