Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Don't give up girls, I'll give some nice advice 1_ The results will not appear from the first day and this is normal, so do not give up or be sad 2_ Get excited to see the result and tell yourself over and over that you can do it and you will succeed and become strong I tried this 3_ Do not make pictures of perfect bodies destroy your progress, do not look too much in the eyes and the scales 4_ And you are all beautiful. I hope that you do these exercises for the sake of your body health and not what people say, because people talk does not end, believe me even if you have wings I love you girls don't give up💖

I've been doing this for 3-4 days and my outer thighs have become significantly firmer. Remember guys, consistency is key ;-)

This work out is a miracle I feel the burn every time and when I move onto other videos I just get underwhelmed and I always come back to this one

I'm going to do this guys and going to share the results afterwards. Pls keep me motivated.
My before: Thighs (L)56- (R)57 //Hips 97cm
Day 1: done
Day 2: done
Day 3: done
Day 4: done

Day 13:skipped this day bc I'm on my period. But I'll add one more day

My after: Thighs (L)52- R(53) // Hips 95cm

-I have thigh gap now <3
-My belly stayed flat
-My side hips look really toned I couldn't believe it!
-My cellulite is gone

*In addition to this workout I'm also doing Lilly Sabri's Hip dips 10 min workout video because I don't have the band.
**As I said, I did 2 videos in a row. The second week I bought a regular band to make it harder.
**Mostly I eat calorie deficit and try to do workouts with empty stomach.
**Before starting this challenge, I've already lost weight and inches with Chloe's 2 weeks shred challenge(2019). I'm telling this because I was already at weight-loss plateau. I was looking for something easier and effective like these workouts. (Believe me it burnt)

***I'm planning to continue these two workouts with a muffin top workout. (not going to edit here every day)
***I think you should do these workouts, they really work.

Saddlebags suck, being pear shaped sucks its the worse, it's hell, it's annoying, I hate it, even if I lose alot of weight, I may look underweight and malnutritioned and bony but my outer thigh still have those two tall mountains, it's so stubborn, I dispise it

doing this for 14 days!
1 day: ✓ it hurted a lot
2 day: ✓ hurted a lot but it was easier
3 day: ✓ hurted definitely less! :)
4 day: ✓ (I took a break cause I was sick but now I'm continuing!) burneed

I have tried probably 15 different leg videos from you by now and this one by far burned the most. It blows my mind how effective it can be to have the band and to do little pulses, my guess is that when we are doing squats etc we have more of our power in our whole bodies that can compensate for the muscles we lack but this, there is no compensating. This hit directly in the outer thighs which is exactly my target area. Thank you lilly!
