Am loving this way of exercise, being in nature doing this style of movement along with parkour style movement in nature is very therapeutic and makes your body feel amazing! The best part is I am doing this to the best of my ability at 57!

This is the type of shit we did as kids and felt so natural. We need to do this more. Remember we were hunters and gatherers, running round in nature climbing trees and shit. Now we are locked in all day at phones or desks. We need to take are muscles and body through their natural full range of motion. This is how you achieve Amazing health. Keep it up bro. Amazing work
