I’m 65, I started doing some of the animal movements about a month or 2 ago, I had been doing pilates for the last few months and needed a little something else for stretching, those hoard tor each areas. It’s a cardio and functional strength training rolled into 1 exercise session. While, it may be difficult to begin with for seniors to get down and move about, but the improvement curve is really high, and you’ll feel more confident with your balance and strength.

(Me and my wife) Recently started doing animal flows/primal movements. Already in love with this kinda training, as a warmup before weight lifting or as a workout in the morning to get warm and break the sweat. Awesome videos, thanks a lot for the input💪❤️

I trained judo and bjj for about 5 years but gave it up due to some reoccurring injuries but the animal movement stuff has really scratched that dynamic movement itch that i don't get with strength and conditioning alone

I mostly use animal movements while eating. In public. Sometimes on dates.
I also use animal sounds.

We all used to move like this when we were children. In fact, the first move was to hold our heads up. Then crawl and shuffle on your knees.

Here we go. Was a while before some new and fancy system popped up. Just stick to the basics of strength and mass training, some conditioning, food and be (can’t stress this enough) be consistent and methodical and you’ll be in great shape.

I used to do Duddoo movement and everytime I felt my thighs burning but the strength and Endurance I got after recovering was unbelievable
