I am 4 weeks pregnant and finding it hard to believe I am pregnant because I got so used to it not happening every month that we have been trying. The last few months I was convinced I was pregnant, turned out to be PMS 😞 and then eventually I get hardly any symptoms apart from being super hungry which happens before my period also so I wouldn’t let myself think anything of it. Yesterday I got my first positive and then again today. Somehow it feels too good to be true. It is a very surreal feeling I am still shocked and struggling to let myself get too excited. ❤

Thank you for the tips! I’m 8 weeks pregnant and my expectation was that the first trimester is very important so I will eat healthy and sleep well. The reality is that I feel nauseous 24/7 and can barely eat anything (and usually I crave junk food), my sleep is ruined and I feel so tired I can’t force myself to go for a walk 😂 Also lost a couple of kilos because I can’t always find food that will not make me nauseated. Just waiting for the first trimester to pass!

Finally a video that clearly explains the cramping. Thank you. This was a great video!

I’m 4 weeks at 40yrs. After less than 1 year, I’m excitingly expecting my rainbow baby. Every little ache, pressure, and thought of my age makes me nervous. I’m taking things week by week until my first scan. 🌈 🙏🏾

7 weeks today (that’s what Flo says) I have extreme fatigue, night insomnia, stomach cramps, lower back pain (very mild), gassy, nausea (not often), frequent urination, freezing, excessive discharge. So far… I scheduled my appointment with an OB in early June, only because that’s the only date they had open and everywhere else I called doesn’t have to equipment to do it or can’t do it. I am so impatient and I just need to hear baby’s heartbeat! I need to know everything is fine!
