Then take the added sugar out of our food! It’s in everything in USA. Read the label of a ketchup bottle here and one from overseas, the US bottle has fructose corn syrup and sugar. It’s in our pasta sauce. It’s in literally everything and doesn’t need to be!

As soon as I quit sugar, gluten and seed oils, I went from being crippled up, to not having any pain, except the slipped disk, and even that was almost gone. What you eat makes a big difference.

Forgo processed and sugar foods, which is all rice, pasta, bread, now eat just 30 gm carbs a day. On not a single med and A1c dropped from 10.1 to 6.0 in 12 weeks, and is 5.7 10 months later. Lost 40 lbs! I only eat tons of vegetables, and all types of seafood, meats, nuts, healthy fats (no processed seed oils). Fatty liver: gone. Gerd: gone. I have best sleep of my life. Best energy. Lower blood pressure. Do it, get rid of sugar.
