I really needed to hear this. I've been so broken over a break up that happened in the middle of my burn out, while losing my dream job and being so fatigued I couldn't leave the house. And then my ex left me as well because he didn't like that I wasn't able to do the things he wanted anymore. It brought me into an even deeper point, and I lost every part of myself and didn't have the energy to get back in life. But now, a year later, I'm still not back to my old self, but I'm realising that the only way to get through this is to realize that you only have yourself in the end. And that you should always take care of yourself first. For the heartbroken people out there, it get's better, but it's a tough journey

As a cosmetologist I have a tip, don't cross your legs when getting a cut. I've had to fix so many hair cuts from other people bcuz they didn't tell the person not to cross their legs.! Your hair looks beautiful.!😊
