This is exactly what happened to me. My girlfriend at the time and I were In a friend group and after the breakup I didn't talk to anyone at school except for 1 person for 2 months. More guys than not go through this and society doesn't talk about it or portray how guys are supposed to handle breakups. You always see girls hugging iwht ice cream and being supportive but guys are left to sit in the corner of their room and think until there's no more thinking left to do

This makes me feel so bad for breaking up with my boyfriend. This is exactly how my girl friends reacted when I told them. And to make matters worse, we were all a friend group (Don't worry he has other friends but the friend group he would eat lunch with and stuff was with us). I moved like 3 states away however and the relationship already wasn't what I wanted and it was hard for me to do but I think it was for the best. Also we're so young anyways that it doesn't have the same impact as when your older being young and only dating for like a month. I still feel bad though. Then again I ended it 4 days ago so it was very recent.
