Alright, it’s been a week and here are my results. Doing the exercises once a day does remove the double chin and reduce the size of your cheeks. However if you want even faster results then do it twice a day. If your double chin doesn’t go away on your first week that doesn’t mean it’s not working. You just gotta keep going. Remember to *Sit Up Straight* ☝️😄

BRIGHT SIDE is like a non profit health organization the teaches more than what we learn in school and out dated textbooks.

Ima try this and keep y’all posted (Probably every Thursday ?)

Thursday the 19th: Pretty ok so far. No big difference. (Doing this 2x a day)

Thursday the 26th: Lowkey got neck cramp, but other than that I’ve noticed a small change of size.

Thursday (October 4th): lost a bit. I notice a difference!

Note: I’ve been going on a diet and doing different workouts too. Also this is the last I’ll record my results. I encourage y’all to try this twice a day!
