Oh my god this actually works. I've just done 30 reps each in the morning and evening for one day and already feel the difference. The puffiness under my chin has reduced hugely and I'm seriously surprised. Thanks a ton for this!!!

Today is my 2nd day with this double chin routine and i think it will work cause i can feel my jawline being tight i will do it for a month and will see if i can keep you all updated with this routine
day 1 - i did it whenever i was bored and free i can really feel it getting tight
day 2 - i can feel it being a litle tight every time i do it guess it'll work
day 3 - done
day 4 - done
day 5 - done
after 2 months i have no double chin it is no more there i have a tight jawline and no face fat thanks to her

Okay. My turn to do it for 30 days. And I’ll hold out until the end !

Day 1 : Feels rather nice, we can feel the skin stretched.
Day 2 : I have some kind of body aches, but I feel like it’s working out.
Day 3 : I believed it was an illusion or only what I wanted to see, but it’s NOT A JOKE ; I combined this video with exercises of other of this woman’s videos and my smile lines... have lengthened. She said that we’ll have a bright smile after that and... Dude, she was not kidding at all actually ! I’m shocked wth.. Can’t help but smile right now !!
Day 4 : Maybe it’s an illusion but I feel like my jaw’s outline is less greasy. Also I try as much as possible to stop looking down while typing messages, and to keep my shoulders straight too, but with habit it is a little difficult.
Day 5 : In addition to these exercices, I tried sleeping on my back and not with my face on the pillow. It was a bit uncomfortable because unusual, but I ended up falling asleep though. I’ll continue doing that.

Day 7 : Keep in head that no matter how often you get used to this training, you’ll never look sexy doing it. Here’s a piece of friendly advice ; avoid mirrors.
Day 8 : I ate eggs today.
Day 9 : I’m getting really used to this. I try to do several series per day.
Day 10 : Lol my chin looks like a pancake : fluffy and bulky. ;_;

Guys !!! I completely forgot to update from the day 15 to 30 but I finished it. I keep going doing these exercises when I think about them and have some time to lose.
You must persevere until the end if you want results but I swear guys, that this WORKS. Be serious !!! You all have the time in a day for doing that !! I did 2x30 for each part of the face.
